GROW Strong is a 12-week snowboard strength training program designed specifically for women who want their gym workouts to translate directly to performance on the mountain. This program focuses on building glute strength, leg endurance, balance, and core stability so you can handle longer days, rougher terrain, and more dynamic riding without burning out.

Train for Snowboarding Performance in the Gym

Inside this program, you’ll follow a structured plan that combines strength training, unilateral work, plyometrics, and mobility to improve the exact qualities snowboarders need. You’ll train 3 days per week in the gym, along with a dedicated plyometric and conditioning day and a mobility day to support recovery and movement quality.

This is not random workouts—it’s intentional training designed to improve how you move, feel, and perform on the snow.

12-Week Progressive Strength Training Plan

This progressive snowboard training program is broken into three phases, gradually increasing intensity and challenge to help you build real strength and confidence over 12 weeks.

Exercises like deadlifts, split squats, hip thrusts, and rotational core work are programmed with purpose to improve stability, control, and power for snowboarding.
