Hi, Coach Kelly here!
I’ve been strength training for over 10 years, and it’s completely transformed my body, mindset, and confidence. Like a lot of women, I started lifting because I wanted to get “toned” and smaller—cutting carbs, doing tons of cardio, and chasing a version of fitness that never really felt sustainable.
But everything changed when I fell in love with building strength—getting stronger, adding muscle, and feeling like a total badass in the gym.
At the same time, I realized something even bigger: the stronger I got in the gym, the more capable I felt outside of it. From long hikes and trail runs to snowboarding, mountain biking, and chasing sunsets—I wasn’t just working out anymore, I was training for the life I actually wanted to live.
Along the way, I made plenty of mistakes that slowed my progress—but now, I help my clients skip the BS and get straight to real, lasting results.
Today, I coach women both in-person and online to build serious strength, lift heavy with confidence, and feel proud of their bodies—not just in the gym, but out in the world. Whether your goal is to hike farther, ride longer, or simply feel strong and confident in your own skin, your training should support your life.
