Meet Coach Kelly!
Hi, Coach Kelly here! I have been lifting for 10 years and it has absolutely transformed my body, mind and confidence. I started lifting because I wanted to get “toned” and skinnier, was eating low carb, and thought I needed to do a ton of cardio to get my dream body. However, I quickly fell in LOVE with the process of BUILDING strength, increasing my muscle mass, and just feeling like a badass in the gym. I made a ton of mistakes(and learned lessons) during my strength training journey that made the process of building a physique that I’m damn proud of take longer than necessary.
Now, I help my clients skip all the BS and get straight to the real results. I train women both In Person and Online and help them find a love for the gym, build a body(and booty) that they’re proud of, and work through mindset blocks to make lasting progress. Every body is different and my coaching practice reflects that- whether you’re brand new to the weight room or an experienced lifter looking to break plateaus- I will meet you where you are at, spend time getting to know YOU, and build you a plan that is truly enjoyable.
I want to teach all of my clients the knowledge, skills, and habits that will allow them to make LASTING change to their physique, mindset, and lifestyle.
